She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Elkins and Marina Elkins; and her brother Chuck. She is survived by : her sisters, Dian Smith (Dan) and Yvonne Klette (David); her uncle James Rencurel; her aunt Irene Becker (James); her nieces and nephews, Jodi James (Gail), Tonya Breding (Dale), Brian Doheny (Krystal) and Josh Smith; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jade Bliss (Brandon), Dylan, Ryan James, Alec Breding, Jordan Barnes and Sadie; and her nephew Charlie Bliss.

She donated her time and resources to the community.
