He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Cockrell (Jan), Vicky Johns (Doug), Cheryl Hatton (Doug) and Debi Gilsoul (Rick); his wife Cindy; his children, Rodney Cockrell (Tonya) and Michelle Lavender (Daryl); his stepchildren, Eric Smith (Mireia), Stacey Smith and Ryan Smith (Melissa); his grandchildren, Megan, Ryan and Kaitlyn; his stepgrandchildren, Preston, Aina, Bridjer, Nayeli, Lila and Holter; and his stepgreat-grandson Percy.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the Mansfield Conventional Center (2 Park Dr, Great Falls, MT 59401).
