He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Koster; his son Douglas Edgar (Roni); his friend Bob Scriver; his spouse Gwenevere Miller; and his children, Don (Jeri) and Deb Wivholm (Dallas). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
