She is survived by: her children, Janice Berezay of Choteau, Martin Jacobsen (Patty) of Cut Bank, Barb Kerouac (Ron) and Debbie Jacobsen of Cut Bank; her daughter-in-law Kathy Fahrenbruck (George) of Forsyth; and her grandchildren, Jason Berezay (Julie), Cody Berezay (Shelly), Dacia Dalton, Angela Durbin (Mitch), Jaime LeMay (Sean), Jacki Boyce (Barry), Wade Jacobsen (Jaclyn), Jessica Malek (Nate), Ben Jacobsen (Kylie), Jake Kerouac (Ashley), Chas Kerouac (Kalesita) and Luke Kerouac (Jaclyn).
