He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald E. Mullikin and Barbara Mullikin (Varner); and his sister Connie Mullikin Trudeau. He is survived by: his wife Kezia Brooks; his daughters, Angel Dyer, Aimee Mellick and Heather Morgan; his stepdaughters, Stephanie Johnson, Callie Fonoimoana, Jennifer Noland, Karen Johnson and Elena Johnson; and his siblings, Janet Rice, David Mullikin, Paula McFann and Dawn Robertson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
