He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Robbins and Anna Ruth Meredith Robbins. He is survived by: his son Cody Robbins (Jamie Robbins) of Salisbury, Maryland.; and his brothers, Steve Robbins (Melissa Robbins) of Cambridge and Gene Robbins (Carol Robbins) of Greensboro, Maryland..
