She is survived by: her daughter Denise; her grandchildren, Tony, Jessi and Teddi; her children, Tony Forsman (Shelby) and Jessi Gwin (Joe); her brothers, Luke Ray (Brenda) and Dean Ray; her grandchildren, Holly, Cambrie, Brooklynn, Taitem, Brylee, McKenna, Parker and Logan; and her pet Izzy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
