She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Periman and Montana Periman (Girard); her husband Fred Phillips; her parents-in-law, Wayne and Freda Phillips; her brother Donald Periman; her son-in-law Pat Mclaughlin; and her grandson Matthew Phillips.

She is survived by : her children, Ralph Phillips (Karen), Shirley Mclaughlin and Teresa Schulz (Bill); her grandchildren, Sarah Maddock (Bradly), David Phillips (Dawn), Jherianne Fluke (Keegan) and Nicole Dirks (Josh); her great grandchildren, Thea, Elsie, Otto Dirks, Will, Wesley Maddock, Henry, Raelynn Fluke, Michael and Samuel Phillips; and her sister-in-law Rose Periman.
