She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Bush and Gladys Bush. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Smith; her children, Duane (Ronda), Dale (Amy) and Linda (James); and her siblings, Bonnie (Dick), David (Mary), Rick (Debbie), Penny, Cindy (Ray), Stephanie (Steve) and Cheryl (Kelly). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, many extended family members and friends.
