He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Lorenz Conlyn and Bill Cook. He is survived by: his significant other Ellen Perry; his children, Rachel Perry, Leah Lawless, Gwendolyn Perry, William Perry and Anna Perry; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Grace Lawton, Mariah Perry, Ben Lawless, Kevin, Tim, Seth O'Brian, Liam Perry, Layla, Valorie Perry and River Oran. He is also survived by his 5 children, and 12 grandchildren, and one greatgrandchild.
