He is survived by : his wife Cathy; his children, Jeff (Janine), Scott and Lynnette (Donnie); his grandchildren, Holly, Sam, Ben, Hunter, Logan, Tymber and Ridge; and his siblings, Alan Hale, Debbie Neeley (Scott), Sandy Chamberlain and Brenda Richardson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
