He was predeceased by: his parents, Orthel Burleigh and Catherine Burleigh (Dosztan); and his son Dale Edward Burleigh (Evelyn Burleigh). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Allen; his former wife Evelyn Burleigh (West); his children, David James Burleigh (Ladonna), James Robert Allen Burleigh (Donna), Ryan O'Neil Burleigh and Robert Allen Burleigh; his stepchildren, Crystal Jokela, Candace West, Robert Stein, Lavina Grove (Vern) and Carolee Synness; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by twenty-nine grandchildren; thirty-eight great grandchildren; many close family members and friends.
