He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Scholler and Ethel Scholler; his siblings, Jane, Marty and Leo; his wife Sandy; his daughters, Elizabeth and Ethel; and his sister-in-law Leslie.

He is survived by: his children, Danielle, Jennifer and Wardie; his granddaughter Kimberly; his daughter Audrey; his brothers, Marshall Scholler of Anaconda and Axel Scholler of Butte; his sisters-in-law, Karen of Anaconda, Rosie of Butte and Shelley of Anaconda; his children, Margaret and Vernon Vogel of Wyoming; his grandsons, Jeff and Tanner; his children, JD, Shayla, Maverek, Tori, DJ, Deanna, Julianna and Riley; his great grandchildren, Jadenlyn, Logan, Wyatt, Kaelyn, Braxton, Audriana, Willow, Wyley, Jaxton, Aislinn, Oddessa, Paislee, Wren, Troy, Donelo, Jenna, Sandralee and Janessa; his niece Jolene Heaney of Butte; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tristina, Tanisha, Miranda, Mataya and Janaya; and his granddaughter-in-law Dana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be left with Pastor Greg at the Ennis Assembly of God Church and will go toward Dan's final expenses.
