He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Crittenden, John McCall and Betsey Pettis (Lindsay); and his brothers, Mel McCall (Sue), Randy Horton and Ken Horton (Kathy). He is also survived by many grand children, great grand children, extended family members and friends.
