It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Newton of Eureka, Montana, who passed away on May 12, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Peltier and Marie Peltier; and her siblings, Tim Peltier, John Peltier, Faye Stoken, Carol Robbins and Mary Peltier.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Newton of Eureka; her daughter Linda Felde (Mike) of Kalispell; her grandchildren, Rebecca and Cory; her son Mike Newton (Nettie) of Eureka; her grandchildren, Justin, Jodi, Tasha and Kendra; her daughter Ann Marie Livingston (Mark) of Eureka; her grandchildren, Jordan, Duncan and Emily; her daughter Christy Lytle (Chris) of Eureka; her grandchildren, Jake, Rogan, Maren and Evie; her siblings, Victor Peltier (Betty), Joe Peltier (Teresa) and Rita Frank (Henry); and her pets, Rhett and Beau. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, and many friends.
