He was predeceased by: his father Harry T Jordan; and his sister Jocelyn. He is survived by: his significant other Joleen Wiley; his children, Scott Jordan and Crystal Evans; his mother Frances Christian (Kolosik); and his siblings, Donnie, TJ, Brenda and Shellie. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Memorials may be given to Midwest Transplant in Westwood, Kansas.
