He is survived by: his sister Bobbie McConnell of West Fargo, ND; and his children, Michael Hall of Mesa, AZ, Lisa Matthew of Goose Creek, SC, Robert Matthew (Jessica) of Summerville, SC, Jessica Riddle (Eric) of Ladson, SC and David Matthew. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
