He was predeceased by : his father Reuben Schara; and his children, Richard and Sherma. He is survived by : his spouse Cherlene Hill; and his children, Layne Schara of Fort Benton, Joel Schara of Hamilton, Park Schara (Shawna) of Big Fork and Jill McElligott of Rigby, ID. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
