He was predeceased by : his parents, Florence Winsor and James Winsor. He is survived by : his children, Jim and Debbie; his wife Sandy Winsor; his children, Sara Winsor and Charles Rogers; his great grandchildren, Brody Winsor, Elena Winsor, Brittany Watts (Michael), Jordan Rogers, Mckenzie and Reyden Watts; and his sister Janice Sherlock.
