He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Flaten and Cora Flaten (Stensland); and his sister Sandra Foth. He is survived by: his wife Pam Flaten (Deneault); his sons, Jason, Brady (Lacey), Brenner (Alison) and Cade (Shielda); his grandchildren, Hudson, Hadley Flaten, Collins, Brenley, Hayden, Pierce Flaten, Ryder, Arianna Flaten, DC, Kennedy Flaten and Addison Jones; and his siblings, Sharon Riley (Wayne) of Lewistown, Marlene Potts (Larry) of Hewitt, Marcia Fast (Gary) of Lustre, Doug Flaten of Wolf Point and Connie Charette (Bob) of Billings. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
