She was predeceased by: her parent Byron Dale; her husband Glyn Bamford; her mother Hazel Holland; her grandparents, Clifford and Lucille Doke; her brother Wayne Dale; and her nephew Mark Dale.

She is survived by: her children, Barry Bamford (Irasema), Kae Sukut (Steve) and Nancy Lasar (Randy); her grandchildren, Hannah Sukut, Chloe Bridges (Skyler), Jacy O'Neill (Desmond Fialkosky), Randall Lasar, Nicole and Bryan Bamford; and her great grandchildren, Margot, Blair, Sloan Bridges, Pete and Bodhi Fialkosky.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Myrt's memory to the FMDH Foundation and the GHS scholarship fund.
