He is survived by: his wife Patti; his daughters, Jackie and Michelle; his daughter-in-law Macie; his grandchildren, Kathryn, Dawn and Dwayne; his brothers, Dennis and Bill; and his friend Doug Cook. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
