She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Waterland and Charm Waterland; her husband Don; and her sons-in-law, Stewart and Gene.

She is survived by: her daughter LaTisha Starbuck; her grandchildren, Kimberly Nelson (Scott), Brian Bohl (Krystal), Michelle Lyster (Cody) and Meagan Pierson (Paul); her son Dake Pulse (Irina); and her grandchildren, Gabrial Pulse, Alex Tsomaya (Maria) and Victor Pulse (Nichole). She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
