She was predeceased by : her parents, Laura Knutson (Olson) and Iver; her daughters, Laurel and Deborah; and her grandson Ryan.

She is survived by : her daughter LaDonna Benes (Kim) of Richey; her grandchildren, Jennifer Toomey Stoner (Dave), Melissa Skillestad (Patrick), Andrea Mowat (Tom), Jenna Novak-Bentz, Aaron and Brett Novak; and her great grandchildren, Julia Stoner, Averie, Brecken Skillestad, Emilie Mowat, Jack Stoner and Douglas Mowat.
