It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Madeline Overlie (Glendive, Montana), born in Grafton, North Dakota, who passed away on March 28, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Kendall Simmons and Dorothy Simmons (Middleton); her husband Karl Overlie; her daughter Mary Suzanne (Pete); her siblings, Marilyn Mosolf of Apache Junction, AZ, Burt Simmons (Martha) of Lancaster, MN, Gary Simmons (Linda) of Bismarck, ND, Michael Simmons (Kathy) of Mesa, AZ and Richard Simmons (Darlene) of Pembina, ND; and her siblings-in-law, Anna Knapp of Billings, MT and Fritz Overlie of Kalispell, MT. She is also survived by parents, teachers and friends.
