With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steven Matthew Geiger of Glendive, Montana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 25, 2025 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Peter and Kathryn Ann Geiger (Marman) of Glendive; his sisters, Claudine Wolfe and Mary Etta Hammond; his nieces, Hammond and Dennise Geiger; and his nephew Eric Hamond.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Buettner (Greg Burley); his wife Mary; his children, Megan (Colter Pierce) and Jerad; his grandchildren, Brayden, Brayleigh, Brienna Burley, Lincoln and Vallie Pierce; his brothers, Dennis (Libby) and Patrick (Shelly); and his nieces and nephews, Mike, Kent, Brent, Chris, Sabrina, Jillian and Alex. He is also survived by extended family including many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
