He was predeceased by: his mother Lavonne Shumate. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Shumate; his son Travis Shumate; his stepson Gregory Burley (Amanda); his sisters, Carla, Jenny and Penny; and his daughter-in-law Morgen Shumate.
