He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Richter and Patricia Richter; his brothers, Bob Richter and Les Richter; and his siblings-in-law, Donnie Hankinson and Lisa Richter.
He is survived by: his wife Melina Richter; his daughter Dawnyail Sutton (Cody); his brother Kenny Richter (Teri); and his aunt Mary. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (2101 26th St S, Great Falls, MT 59405). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Eagles (1501 9th Street South 33705).
