He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Andersen and Bernard Andersen; and his brother Roger Andersen. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Puhlman; his children, Dale and Karlette; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Duane and Jolene; and his great grandchild Michaela.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to organizations supporting Parkinson's research or to Trinity Lutheran Church in Carl's memory.
