She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Annis; her parents, Joseph Gardipee and Madeline Mosney; and her siblings, Darrell Gardipee, Merle Gardipee, Melvin Gardipee, Richard McBreen, Tesa Gardipee and Marlene Lopez.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Leavens, Robert Leavens, Edward Leavens, Colette Lundin and Regina Crawford. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great- grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, along with many extended family members and friends.
