She is survived by: her husband Thomas Jones; her children, Michael Steven Moore (Angela) and Stacy Fradette; her grandchildren, Shawna Hebert (Danny) and Austin Fradette; and her great grandchildren, Sheyenne, Autumn Hebert, Kaeden and Nixon Fradette.
