She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kelly and Eleanor Kelly (Pimperton); and her brother Tim Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" Bailey; her children, Nikki Bailey-Will (Stephen), Bryan Bailey (Liz), Leigh Udelhoven (Brandon) and Molly Willson (Jake); her grandchildren, Morgan, Destry, Deacon, Bennett, Trenna, Lane and Ellie; and her siblings, Eileen Coates, Ed Kelly (Connie) and Con Kelly.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (747 Cemetery Rd, Fort Benton, MT 59442).
Memorial contributions in Kay's honor may be made to the Dedman Foundation or to Chouteau County 4-H Council.
