He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fulton; his children, Cassie Fulton Flores (David E Flores) and Travis Fulton (Ann Loraine Fulton); his sister Vicki Hollstein (Bryan Hollstein); and his parent Gladys Joy Fulton (Harry Lee Fulton IV). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
