With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lola Mae Knuth Thoreson (Great Falls, Montana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 21, 2025 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Knuth and Hazel Hodge Knuth; her husband Glen Conrad Thoreson; her son Gary; and her siblings, Theodore, Helen, Lucille, Doris (Paul), Howard, David, Ira, Leona and Barbara.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ryan Peace (Jennifer), Hillary Peace (Tyler Johnson), Jenna Majerus, Jessica Majerus, Tyler Majerus, Lisa Thoreson, Cole Thoreson (Gabrielle), Dillon and Gus Thoreson (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Beau Peace, Brock Peace, Adeline Braun, Howard Roberts, Lula Thoreson, Cord Thoreson, Keaton Thoreson, Taysha Thoreson, Tinsley Thoreson and Seeley Thoreson; Debra Peace (Ron).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Highland Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Front Range Assisted Living (615 5th Ave N, Fairfield, MT 59436).
