He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Boak and Bernice Boak. He is survived by: his daughter Starla Yarbrough; his grandsons, Charles Farrell III and Tyler Farrell; his great grandchild Charlie Farrell; and his sisters, Verla Milburn and Sonja Downing. He is also survived by several nieces, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
