She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sabol and Helen Sabol (Enders); her husband George Kozik; and her brothers, Reg Sabol, Doug Sabol and Frank Flynn (Peggy).

She is survived by: her sons, Sterling (Martha) and Larry Kozik (Johnna Fachelle); her niece Jenny Sabol; her sister-in-law Lois Sabol; and her nephews, Chuck Flynn (Arlene) and Dennis Flynn (Barb).
