He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mayford Kelush Penhaligon, Lewis Kelush and Nazeer Toufic Zerka; and his father-in-law Richard Javor. He is survived by: his parents, Mansour Zerka and Regina "Penny" Zerka (Kelush); his wife Katie; his children, Rachel Javor, Savannah Zerka and Connor Zerka of Michigan; his siblings, Amber Claspell (Kevin), Gina Zerka (Amanda) and Lewis Zerka (Sarah); and his grandmother Shirley Zerka. He is also survived by six nieces; and four nephews.

In memory of Ryan, contributions may be made to Katie Zerka for Savannah and Connor's college funds.
