He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Raines and Esther Raines (Wolff); and his brother Jeff. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his daughter Lisa; his grandson Zeke; and his brother Curtis.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (328 Shiloh Rd, Billings, MT 59106).
