He is survived by: his father George Feltis; his children, Chad Parcel and Jaylynn Parcel; his siblings, Duane Parcel (Patti), Danny Feltis (Liz), Mike Parcel (Brenda) and Brenda Tarum (Dale); his granddaughter Evy; and his close friends, Donnie and Kenny. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends, and coworkers.
