He was predeceased by: his parents, Waden Fultz and Thelma Fultz; his siblings, Robert Fultz and Lorraine Fultz; and his son-in-law Michael Kuntz.
He is survived by: his wife Lorrie Hardy; his daughters, Angela Fultz Nordstrom (Paul), Christie Fultz, Stephanie Fultz Chick (Matt) and Donelle Hardy Kuntz; his grandchildren, Taylor Kuntz, Tia Kuntz, Jayden Stinson, Parker Nordstrom, Alyson Nordstrom, Layla Chick and Elora Chick; his siblings, Ted Fultz (Donita), Lynn Cook (Roger) and Lana Claassen (Bob); and his sister-in-law Linda Fultz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
