He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Moseman and Helen Poch-Moseman-Vogl; his stepfather Frank Vogl; and his siblings, Mary "Iggy" Finn (John), Henry "Hank" Moseman (Dorothy), John Moseman (Ida Mae), Donald "Unk" Moseman (Elaine), Richard "Dick" Moseman (Betty), Charles "Chug" Moseman (Mary) and Robert "Bob" Moseman (Judy).
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Becky "Pinky" Woodward (Dana) and Deborah "Deb" McNeese; his granddaughter Amanda Mitchell (Stephen); his daughter Candace Damron (Kurt); and his grandson Kelly McNeese. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Wrangler Bar (44181 US-87, Grass Range, MT 59032). In his 90's, Bill survived a bout with shingles and COVID, but was no longer able to live alone.
