He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Edward Foley and Grace Louise Foley; his brother James Peter Foley; and his son-in-law Clay Holland. He is survived by: his wife Carol Foley; his children, Katherine Foley and Michael Foley (Andrea); his granddaughter Maeve; his son Richard Foley (Nikki Dixon); his granddaughters, Millie and Hattie; his siblings, Sylvia Nobleman and Phil Foley (Dona); Ryan Holland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
