She is survived by: her parents, Richard Poulin of Blackstone Mass and Sally Poulin of Northbridge Mass. She is also survived by two sisters, one brother, two nieces, four nephews, two great nieces and two great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in honor of Andrea to the American Kidney Fund, supporting the fight against kidney disease on all fronts.
