He is survived by: his mother Terri Jo Townsend; his grandparents, Larry "Pop" and Janice Townsend; his sister Amanda (Robert Cochran); his nieces, Sarah, April and Emily; his nephew Elijah (Zachary); and his close friend Mike.
Memorials may be made to the "Darby High School" for the Anthony Lopez Scholarship Fund so Anthony's spirit of giving can continue to shape other young people's future lives.
