He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Elswick and Lillian Margaret Turley (Ross); and his siblings, Margaret Yeakey, Raymond and Donald Turley.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Cutliff; and his daughters, Donna Sims of Colmesneil, Linda Ande (Carl) of Monmouth and Tamara Miner (Ben) of Kalispell, Montana. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
