She was predeceased by: her daughter Carol Blackwelder (Gerald); her husband John A. Simonds; and her sisters, Elma Huecker, Ada Kaser, Erma Stangel and Dorothy Fowble.

She is survived by: her sons, Mark Allen, John D. Simonds (Marion) of Great Falls, Montana and James A. Simonds (Michelle) of Westminster, Colorado; her son-in-law Gerald Blackwelder; and her grandchildren, Stacey Diemoz (Chris), Curtis Simonds, Jennifer Birkeland, Stephanie Yuhas (Tyler), Bradley Simonds, Jessica Simonds, Matthew Simonds and Heather Simonds. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and many extended family members and friends.
