She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Kenneth Patterson and Helen Patterson; her brothers, Ken and Paul; her aunt Katherine; her former life partner Isaac Errett; and her children, Susan, Bruce, Jeff (Vaia), Jennifer and John. She was also cherished by five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

The family suggests that memorials be made to Ravalli County Counsil on Aging: 310 Old Corvallis Rd, Hamilton, MT 59840.
