He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Rhett and Elladee; his family, Scott, Laura, Jake, Morgan, Rhett, Elladee, Emily Lindquist and Luke Hayduk; and his siblings, Jolene Green, Shirley McCloud, Merle Olinghouse, Tim Olinghouse and Charlie Olinghouse.
