She is survived by: her husband Larry Phelps; her sister Elizabeth Ingraham (Rick); her nieces, Kathy Shinn and Virginia Thomas; her nephew John Chaney; and her stepchildren, Larry J. Phelps (Ann) and Lyn Phelps (Sharryl).
She also served as the Bannock County unit memorial chairman for the American Cancer Society.
