He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Jaquith and May Jaquith. He is survived by: his sister Janice Culberson; his sisters-in-law, Sarah Grafe and Nan Banks; and his children, Martha Jaquith (Rich Raines), Paul Jaquith (Keiko), Joe Jaquith (Kayla) and Kari Swanson (Doug). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
